As we look towards our GRAND OPENING, it has become clear we need to add at least one aerial instructor right away! 

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of aerial training experience (or 5+ years of other movement background and 1+ year of aerial training)
• Coaching/teaching experience preferred but not required
• Availability to coach 4+ hours per week
• Someone who wants to keep learning and improving as a coach
• Safety-oriented
• Interest in coaching youth students
• Ability to pass a background check
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• W2 employee position

• Curriculum/class plans for classes you will teach
• Pay rate per class commensurate with experience
• Additional hourly pay for non-teaching duties (if applicable)
• Personal training time based on teaching hours
• At least one class per week on the schedule outside of your teaching hours at the level you are currently personal training
